We aim to dispatch your order within three days. I will send you an email letting you know when to expect it. You can request an alternative date if it's not convenient for you. Your parcel will be tracked throughout its journey.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for special orders and 2 weeks for bespoke framing.

UK customers: Delivery of prints is usually 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.

Greetings cards are sent second class Royal Mail.

International customers: Delivery is usually 5 - 10 working days from date of dispatch. Customs duty may be charged on arrival. The customer is responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected by the courier before your order can be delivered and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees. The courier will contact you by email or text.

Returns: If the print fails to meet your expectations, please let me know as soon as you can. You have 28 days to return the item in the original packaging. We will send you a label and make arrangements for a courier to collect so there's nothing for you to pay! You can either request an identical replacement or a full refund.

Packaging:

My husband packs all my artwork using a system that he's invented and refined to ensure it arrives safely. They come in a purpose built box with packing all round. Framed prints have anti-shatter tape that peels off easily and cleanly. Unframed etchings are sent mounted and flat packed to all destinations. Unframed giclee prints are sent mounted and flat-packed to UK destinations. For international customers larger giclee prints are sent unmounted, rolled in a large strong tube.

Larger framed works: Larger frames are too fragile to be sent with a regular courier. For UK customers we send these with a specialist art/antiques courier. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this as they only collect from my area once a week. 

 

On any order you can collect in person from the studio. Choose "Click and Collect" from the delivery options. (Enter your address first to see this option!) This is free, of course.

Copyright and reproduction rights: I reserve the right to reproduce any of my original images as giclee prints, greetings cards and for marketing and publicity purposes. If you purchase an original monotype you may subsequently see it available as a reproduction print but there is only one handmade original.
