The delicate mauves, greys and golds in the sky of this landscape print seem to radiate a soft light that harmonizes with the stronger purple and orange in the land. The distant trees bring focus to the sky line.

The original for this is a monotype, a unique printed painting. I use rollers and dabbers to spread out the ink then make marks with a cloth and other tools. I incorporate textured materials by impressing inked up wallpaper and fabric. There are three layers of colour working from light to dark.

This giclee reproduction is made to the highest standards on high quality paper. The accuracy of colour to the original is first rate.
