I created this set of nine abstract collages using a limited selection of colours, with leaf and oval shapes creating a rhythmic thread through the collection. Each piece has its own character while still feeling connected to the others, balancing organic forms with a sense of playful simplicity. Look closer to see rich textures and mark-making that complement the graphic shapes. These small works combine a cool contemporary style with a joyful sense of creativity.
I make my own collage papers by painting or printing on lightweight sheets of paper with layers of professional-grade acrylic colour. I carefully cut out shapes and glue them onto a prepared wood panel. The surface is sealed and varnished with a matte finish. They can be wiped clean with a dry or damp cloth.
This set of nine geometric abstract art collages can be hung directly on your wall. The edges of the panel are carefully painted to give a good finish from all angles. Supplied ready to hang with sawtooth picture hooks which have been positioned with care to aid symmetrical hanging.
Suitable for UK and international shipping.
